  I am writing this letter to inform you of a situation your company had the other day due to John Ontario, a series of problems was averted. I found that I had a water leak in my washroom from my water softener so I called your company and they sent a repairman. After the repairman left, I saw the work didnt look right, so I called to ask for someone in charge to come and see the work. John came the next day and said this wasnt done correctly. John tested the system and water went everywhere, if this had happened after the wall was sealed up it would have caused a lot of damage to my home. John said Im calling in another plumber to redo the work, Im cancelling your payment and we will have someone do the drywall repair as well at no cost to you. The drywall work is not something they normally do. John and the second plumber (I cant recall his name and Mark, the drywall man, did a perfect job. I thanked John, Mark and the second plumber for a great job. I thought you should know about this special service and the men responsible for a job well done. They will continue to have my business. Read Half Comment
