The good thing about Citrus Heights is the fact that it is located in the middle of all the major freeways. It is not that far from the Sacramento International Airport or the train stations. The people that use public transportation are using the sources that are provided by the Sacramento Regional Transit District. There is not a school district that is located in Citrus Heights. The children in this city are a part of the San Juan Unified School District. This school district is one of the largest in all of California. In this school district there are ten elementary school, one middle school, and two high schools. There are more that ten thousand students within the entire school district. This is why there are so many schools.
If you like to shop, like most women, then this is one of the best cities for you to go to. Citrus Heights is home to the Sunrise Mall. This mall has recently been remodeled and now has over one hundred stores in it. Some of the major retailers that this mall houses are Macy's, Sears, and JC Penney's. These are just a few of the stores that are located within this mall. There is also a Citrus Heights community that has other things in it as well. Some of the other things include a Lowe's Home Improvement Store as well as Costco, Wal-mart, and Target.
