  OTM Designs & Remodeling recently updated my master bathroom. From the beginning of the project, Offer the general contractor, respected and worked within the budget I established. They helped me choose fixtures and tiles that would complement the look I wanted to achieve and fit within my budget. I was happy to see the project started off at a fast pace, with demo and tile work completed within a week. Most of the bathroom was put together pretty quickly, including cabinetry and painting. The final outcome is AMAZING! We are enjoying this new bathroom more than any other space in the house! Thank you for doing such a great job! Read Half Comment

  well I got a call out of the blue and it was a phone rep from OTM Designs & Remodeling. He asked me if I wanted to do any work on my house. I told him I was thinking about doing a bathroom remodel. He asked me what time would be best for me and my husband. I set up an appt. with him. I was very glad I did this and my husband was very pleased with the GM that came out and gave us our free estimate. We felt very comfortable from the start. The price was very reasonable, I Like the way the layout of my bathroom came out, I love the counter tops and cabinets, it all ties into each other so nice and relaxing, the color that we used was perfect. We put in a spa bathtub and it came out so nice. I just love my new bathroom! Read Half Comment

  I am very happy with the workmanship of OTM Designs & Remodeling. I like the fact that they cleaned up their mess and how organized they were. Offer, the general contractor, was very nice and had the crew do exactly what I wanted. The paint they used was of great quality and the finish is fabulous, the wood floors look shiny and amazing, the kitchen cabinets are more than I had ever thought they would be, the color and design is just perfect altogether. The colors and products that they used are perfect. I never had anyone just listen to what I want and actually do the job that way. I am very satisfied with this company. Read Half Comment

  Offer, the owner, was first out to visit me at the end of December. He showed his windows, he patiently waited while i handled other inquiries about the house left, called politely, and made his case as the best of the 5 window treatment providers i interacted with. He followed my windows from beginning to end. We continue to have a cordial relationship as he wants to make sure these windows are keeping my home warmer and are the enhancement i wanted for the house.
