About Real Estate
Buying a condominium townhouse is different than buying a single home. When you are buying a condo you are also buying into a Condominium Association and must adhere to the rules and regulations of the association. As the owner of a condominium-you own and are responsible for- maintaining the area inside of the front door of the condo. Everything outside the front door (of the condo) belongs to the Condominium Association. Local Condominium and Townhouse Management is hired by the Condominium Association to maintain and care for the grounds and exterior of the condos. The condominium association meets at a pre-scheduled time and day and the association members are re-elected yearly by the condo owners. Any condo owner can become a member of the condominium association by submitting their resume. Elections are held privately and the results are not known until the new association members' names are announced. All of the rules and by-laws of a condominium association must be adhered to. The homeowners association must approve any changes made by homeowners to the exterior of their condos. The Local Condominium and Townhouse Management sends a management official to oversee the grounds, and is responsible to the condominium association. There are, at times, a few condos for sale. Prior to placing a condo on sale, the condo owners must notify the condominium association of their intention to sell. The condominium association is the ones that must approve the sale-not the condo owner. The selling price can be higher when the inside of a townhouse has been improved. Many condominiums are townhouses; attached by a common wall. Condos that look like luxury apartments might be several stories high and are built on beachfront property. They are usually in a group and all face the beach. They are extremely luxurious and are extremely expensive to buy.

More on Condominium - Townhouse Management
There are many benefits that go with owning a condominium as opposed to a private house. Condominium owners who are going on vacation can just pack and leave. They do not need to be concerned about who will care for the grounds or who will water, or mow the lawn. Many condos for sale as not approved due to the strict and enforced rules and regulations as set by the condominium association. Usually, pets, of a specified size, are not allowed in the condo. The same restrictions apply if they weigh above the weight limit. Likewise, a condominium owner can be dispossessed if they do not abide by specific guidelines as set by the condominium association. Condominium association rules are not the same for all condos or townhouses. Prior to buying condos for sale or a townhouse for sale, speak to the Local Condominium and Townhouse Management and find out the rules and regulations. Not every enjoys condo living because of all the restrictions set upon them. Not every homeowners association is dedicated to the care of the grounds. Not all Local Condominiums and Townhouse Managements keep up with the maintenance and the condos are difficult to resell.
