Mishawaka Indiana, dubbed the Princess City, was founded in 1833. Located on the northernmost boarder of Indiana, Misawaka remains a hub of Michiana. Like many major cities back in the early days of settlement, a fire revenged over half of Mishawaka's business side of town; however, the destruction did not get the town down, but made them even more determined to succeed and bring new industries to their once flourishing town. The fire forced the town to dig deep and find the gumption to go on. Luckily for the agricultural workers, when the rich soils of Misawaka were dug into a discovery was made.
