The population of this great city falls around 10,033 as of the 2010 census. It is actually governed by an elected mayor, clerk treasurer, and 5 council members. This city is located in the heart of the Midwest on the banks of the Yellow river. There are so many different things to do in this great city. The climate there is just like any other climate in the Midwest. They go along quite well with the seasons, and it can get to be pretty cold during the winter months.
