About Education
Local Educational Administration is an integral part of the success of any school district, whether it is private or public. The entire tone for the school year is set when the Local Educational Administration chooses the people that will take part in the educational process for the upcoming school year. In order for a school to be successful, the Local Educational Administration has to be fair in every aspect of the business. There is no room for bias, or for favoritism among staff. It's during the hiring process that these issues must be discussed and that an agreement must be settled upon among all members of the Local Educational Administration. A good Local Educational Administration will be consistent with all manners of the process, from hiring, first few days of school problems, all the way to the implementation of punishment for wrong-doing among staff and students alike. The Local Educational Administration must be aware of what is going on at the school at all times, in every classroom situation, and must be prepared to do whatever means necessary to ensure that the students are being taught, treated in a fair manner, and that the teachers are likewise being treated fairly by the students. The Local Educational Administration will undoubtedly have to make decisions that aren't easy, but that is necessary to ensure that the students and staff alike are safe.

More on Educational Administration
At no time should the Local Educational Administration decided that a particular teacher is no longer wanted for whatever reason, unless, of course, it involves an illegal activity, and then embark on a plan amongst themselves to have the teacher non-renewed or either allow that teacher to be treated in a manner such that she or he can't tolerate it any long and must leave. The Local Educational Administration should be above all honest and forthcoming. The Local Educational Administration should have an open door policy, and should adhere to that policy at all times. The school will be run in the manner in which the Local Educational Administrator runs his faculty and staff. If the Local Educational Administration is fair and stays on top of all issues, solving problems as they arise and continuing in a positive manner, then the faculty and staff will likewise continue in a fair and positive manner. However, if the Local Educational Administration is unfair, uncaring, and unresponsive to requests for help from the faculty and staff, then the educational process is no longer fair and unbiased, and will cause problems for all involved, making for an unhappy faculty, staff, and student body. The Local Educational Administration must be prepared to handle any type of situation, from bus route mishaps to unhappy parents to severe weather. If the Local Educational Administration would remember that the teachers are people too, and that they deserve to be treated with respect and that they shouldn't have to tolerate disrespect, vulgarity, threats, and rudeness, to name a few, then the entire educational process would be somewhat better. The Local Educational Administration should stand behind the faculty and staff at all cost, no matter the reason, unless it is because of an illegal activity. If the Local Educational Administration feels that something going on in the classroom isnt right or needs improving then it should be brought to the teacher's attention immediately, and an improvement plan should be put in place, and the Local Educational Administration should review that plan periodically and make sure that the desired changes are taking place, and if not, then take further steps.
