She knows the various neighborhoods like no one else I’ve worked with before. She sold my house over list price fast and she found me an amazing property quickly too. Not only was she able to secure it at a great price but she was able to negotiate some extras too. She went above and beyond my expectations. We were lucky to even find a place. The cabins are cute, but we just fell in love with the location. The part of the river they are on is the prettiest Ive seen. There is a bluff that overlooks the river and its really deep there too. We accidentally found our favorite place! less

I was looking for a solution and wasn't sure mighty ducts was going to be able to help since they are mainly a duct cleaning company I think. But I gave them a shot, and they recommended installing a new duct going through the garage roof and venting out side. They did the job as described and ended up really nice and clean. less

They were fantastic. I originally called to get an estimate on just cleaning the air ducts. However, during the inspection I was informed the work couldn't be done because the furnace had been recalled 15+ years ago, and needed to be replaced. I was, of course, suspicious. However, without asking, Nick provided me with a photograph of my attic heating unit, with the model and serial number and advised me to verify it was on the recall list. It was, and the company had gone out of business over 15 years ago after paying out a class action lawsuit brought by home owners whose houses had burned due to the heater. I verified every piece of equipment he recommended and compared prices on what was to be done.Long story short, Nick gave me an excellence price for the replacement equipment which included replacing all the ducting (my request, not his), removing and replacing the original heater, replacing all the vents, and installing a new return.They were always on time, work rapidly, and were meticulous about cleaning up. I would highly recommend them and I am sorry I have not gotten around to writing this review before. He is the only contractor or appraiser who caught the furnace issue. This includes the people that evaluated the condition of the house when we bought it with the furnace that had already been recalled without our knowledge. less

I called 4 companies to find one that could repair my heating duct that had become disconnected and a section of which had fallen to the floor of my basement. Three of the companies quoted me around $3,000 to replace all my ducts. They claimed that the work was hazardous due to the fact that the ducts were old and were insulated with asbestos However, Mighty Ducts quoted $400 to replace the one duct that had fallen down, which is exactly what I wanted.Two workers came out. They carefully removed the asbestos covered duct, removed it from my home, replaced it with a new duct, and completed their work in about 1-1/2 hours. I am very pleased with their work! The other companies were only interested in replacing all of the ducts. less

Removed root infestationusing hyrdo jet system (roots were as large as 4 inches in diameter). Performed trenchless repair of the sewer line (total cost, $5000) and installed new sewer cleanout. less

I came home and found my heater running and me unable to turn it off. The next morning, I called three vendors. It was close to the holidays and most were not able to accommodate me right away. Patriot came out the next day, removed the old thermostat and installed a new one. It was a reasonable price. He also gave a visual inspection of the system, recommended cleaning one of the vents - which he did - and suggested i have the unit serviced in the Summer. Overall, it was a good experience. less
